HOW DOES FINANCIAL WELLBEING WORK?
Implementing our Financial Wellbeing scheme means that your staff will have access to the Financial Wellbeing Hub, where they can access content such as podcasts, articles and tools to build their financial knowledge, confidence and resilience.
Financial Wellbeing also allows employees to borrow from £2000 to £25,000 for up to 5 years from 3.9% APR*.
Employees will make repayments directly from their salary, and the whole scheme has a focus on affordability, so staff can never take on more than they can manage.
